I wish I had all the time to cook that much, locally the Arnold bread company makes a keto friendly bread, think sandwich slices, hot dog buns and hamburger buns, and of the many brands I've tried, they were the best.

It is the psyllium husk that turns it "blue," usually purple. There are a few brands that don't do that. You really should be on Rachel Ray's show!

This recipe looks great. I've been searching for a tasty bread recipe without all the eggwhites. I found a couple of year old YouTube video of one by KetoKing using Diedre'sKitchen recipe. Its GOOD & stays fresh wrapped on the counter for a few days. I hope you'll try this. You won't be sorry.

I'm also wondering about adding vital wheat gluten to this recipe. Not just because I am not gluten intolerant, but also because I have a supply of it that will likely outlive me. I'm going to try poppy seeds on top, because I have some and I don't know why.
