  1. I like to use sliced oven roasted chicken. Just make noodles the same way as you did the egglife wraps. I've also used sliced ham the same way with cheddar cheese sprinkled on top and a little butter and cream. I microwave it and stir until it makes a cheese sauce. Or you could use sauce in a jar. Sometimes I add mushrooms or a few green peas

  4. I didn't like these either, I used them in lasagna. Bleh. You guys should try the keto pasta recipe from the ketogenic woman. It's cream cheese, pork rinds and eggs. You roll it out similar to the egg life ones. They are so good! I don't like pork rinds but you can't taste them when they're cooked. 😁

  5. I’m new to your channel and I’ve been watching a ton of your videos this last week. I’ve been doing strict keto for nearly a year and now I’m looking for a more relaxed approach to maintain/gain weight as I’ve lost a bit too much as I would like. Haven’t attempted your famous chaffle yet but definitely will soon!
