One of my ALL TIME FAVORITE dishes (before keto) was the honey walnut shrimp from Panda Express. I never thought to make a keto version, but then scrolling along one day I came across a creator who made it at home, and I thought…wait, I can make this keto! SO WE DID! This is “dirty” keto by the way, but hey, that’s how we roll.

  1. Thanks for ketofying this Panda re recipe. You guys should try oat fiber powder/flour next time with the whipped egg whites. YouTuber, Daniela Diaries, used whipped egg whites, egg yolks and oat fiber to batter her fish before frying in her keto fish fry video. I've tried it myself and it's sooo good!
