  1. I checked out the link to your recipe and it says that the net carbs is 7.5 and over 500 calories which seems high. I checked carb manager and found a similar recipe that was only 2 net carbs and about 300 calories. I want to try your new recipe for sure but…not if it is actually that high in net carbs! Hoping you can clarify. Thanks!

  2. Several years ago I made some chaffles but they didn't turn out so good. However, following your instructions, they turned out perfect. Instead of xanthan gum, which I didn't have, I used psyllium husk powder. I read that when using the psyllium husk to double the amount used when substituting for xanthan gum. Also, on the xanthan gum recipe I used the whole egg. I don't mind the egginess. I also did use the baking powder. Both recipes turned out awesome. I think I like the second one a little better but it was really close. I was recently diagnosed with Diabetes T2 so I am really committed to the keto lifestyle. Thanks for these recipes, am looking forward to trying differrent ways to use the chaffles.
