Love your recipes! I use the cheffel for waffles. I add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and 2 teaspoons of almond flour. Then top it off with sugar free syrup! Thank you ladies…
OMG girls!! I was looking for a crispy chaffle recipe that I could turn into churros and I used yours, added cinnamon, jordan's waffle chocolate syrup, truvia brown and the result was amazing. I wanted to tasted them as waffle and as churros and both were out of this world. with the modifications I ended of with 4 chaffles not sure why.
I have never made Chaffles this way…. I have made them out of Almond or coconut flour with eggs maple flavoring. Mmmmm, never cheese. Ya learn something new each day! I have made bagels with cheese and almond flour….etc. Thank you ladies❤

I checked out the link to your recipe and it says that the net carbs is 7.5 and over 500 calories which seems high. I checked carb manager and found a similar recipe that was only 2 net carbs and about 300 calories. I want to try your new recipe for sure but…not if it is actually that high in net carbs! Hoping you can clarify. Thanks!

Yummy. But, being that you don't use the egg yolk, should you not use 2 egg whites then to get the same liquid amount?
Can u use egg whites from a carton?
Just tried it now it’s not bad a little bland, mozzarella has very little flavour so maybe other cheeses would taste better it dose have decent crunch and good texture

You’re mixture is dryer because you didn’t include the egg yoke which added more moisture. I would recommend using 2 egg whites to help add some moisture.

Several years ago I made some chaffles but they didn't turn out so good. However, following your instructions, they turned out perfect. Instead of xanthan gum, which I didn't have, I used psyllium husk powder. I read that when using the psyllium husk to double the amount used when substituting for xanthan gum. Also, on the xanthan gum recipe I used the whole egg. I don't mind the egginess. I also did use the baking powder. Both recipes turned out awesome. I think I like the second one a little better but it was really close. I was recently diagnosed with Diabetes T2 so I am really committed to the keto lifestyle. Thanks for these recipes, am looking forward to trying differrent ways to use the chaffles.
I added a tablespoon of Everything Bagel seasoning and a 1/4 tsp of Real Butter & Sea Salt Popcorn seasoning. It elevated my chaffles to a whole new level. Ate them with cream cheese and it was glorious!
