VLOG || Getting Vaccinated – Vegetarian Soup Recipe

⭐️ Hello There,

Thanks for stopping by,
My Partner Aakash and I got our first dose; I prepared a warm vegetarian soup with black rice in this vlog.

Vaccination Update:
I had a sour arm for a day, but we were okay.

This recipe was inspired by a small cafe shop in our neighbourhood; on a chilly evening, we went to grab a toast and coffee. We ended up having a quinoa broccoli soup which was filling and made my tummy happy. From then I started making this recipe once a week. I call it my comfort food.

⭐️ Ingredients I used in this video:

⭐️ Vegetables: (Feel free to add the vegetables you have in your fridge)

– Brocolli
– Mushrooms
– Corn
– Onion
– Garlic
– Tomatoes

⭐️ For Flavour:

Mint Leaves
Dry Fenugreek Leaves
Ginger and Garlic Paste

⭐️ Add some spice to the flavour.

Turmeric Powder
Cumin Powder
Indian Garam Masala
Pepper
Salt

⭐️ How to Prepare the yummy soup?

Wash and Chop all the vegetables, add them to a pressure cooker, and add the spices and flavours to the pot.
Boil well and savour direct or blend for a silky, smooth texture.
