Ingredients for 7 to 8 Pancakes
150g Rice Flour
50g Wheat Flour
125ml Coconut Milk
1/2 tsp Turmeric
400g Mung Bean Sprouts
1 Carrot grated
80g Mushrooms
1 Onion
For the sauce:
2 tbsp Soy Sauce light
1-2 Chili chopped
3 Garlic Cloves chopped
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Lime Juice
2 tbsp Water
