  1. I know that people succeeded but I was keto & IF for a really long time & couldn’t get below 220lbs. I was keto/lc on & off for 10 years & gained 100lbs. I don’t know anyone who succeeds unless they’re IF & the secret is you can never eat carbs again.

I don't want to get into this but you have clean keto and dirty keto i take all my fats from nuts avocado's olive oil my protein is from chicken breast cut out all dairy i have red meat one time per week my numbers have not been better i am 49 years old on no meds lost 135lbs i have nothing against carbs but for some people carbs is not an option

  3. how can they be called “healthy carbs” when carbs are not necessary at all in the human body. it is sad that “doctors” don’t even know how the human body functions. our body will make whatever glucose that the body needs. we do not to eat carbs. that is why there is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. the human body doesn’t even break down the nutrients in plants because we aren’t cattle. eat the cow and save the planet. stop listening to these quacks just because the have “dr” in front of their names.

    And people who try to cheat and get around on Keto by still eating processed foods they think are healthy because they say "Keto" on them.
    Eating a healthy keto diet and staying away from processed foods and grains have helped me get off cholesterol meds, my Ulcerative Colitis symptoms went away, I started pooping again after 20 years, and I have fewer sinus infections. I'm on less meds (no meds) now than I was in my 30s. I'm never going off this diet either.

  5. So long term negative consequences of the KETO diet is worse than the average diet of most over weight unhealthy people? I don't see how KETO can be seen as bad in anyway, it does a lot more good than bad. EVERYTHING has a bad side but you have to weigh up if the good is worth it. Yet another bad video only put up to cash in on trending key words!!!

  6. The research he mentions says "lower/fewer nutritional quality causes cancer". Who says you can't eat lots of veggies on keto!? unfortunately, some think keto is a starvation diet, when it actually gives you access to more fibre and fat as you transition your body mechanism by cutting carbs and sugar.

    Honestly, some YouTubers (even if they're "nutritionists" or "doctors" unfortunately) go out of their way and attack other diets just so it'll make them gain more views and followers. just checked his channel and found a video that says "how to eat rice and potato without spiking insulin)….. if you can't do keto, don't attack it specially when it had all these success stories and testimonials by people who tried it and worked amazingly for them!

  7. Aren't bodies designed to burn ketones regularly? Also, as far as eliminating entire food groups, if you're talking about fruit, we evolved eating very small, non-modified low sugar fruits, sure. Seasonally. If they could be picked before other animals got them. If you're talking about eliminating the McDonald's and Doritos food groups, well, yeah, no comment.
