Veggie Nuggets Salad
Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Salad Dressing:
-Olive oil 4 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Mustard paste ½ tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
-Dried basil 1 tsp
-Fresh parsley or coriander chopped 1 tbs
-Monsalwa Veggie Nuggets 14-15
-Cooking oil for frying
-Kheera (Cucumber) 2-3
-Cherry tomatoes as required
-Iceberg
-Purple cabbage ½
Assembling:
-Corn kernels boiled
-Cottage cheese cubes ½ Cup

Directions:
Prepare Salad Dressing:
-In a bowl,add olive oil,vinegar,mustard paste,garlic,red chilli crushed,salt,dried basil & fresh parsley or coriander,whisk well & set aside.
Option # 1: Air fry
-Spray oil on both sides of veggie nuggets and air fry at 180C for 10 minutes.
Option # 2: Deep Frying
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & deep fry on medium flame until golden brown (2-3 minutes).
-On a clean cutting board,cut cucumber,cherry tomatoes,iceberg & purple cabbage.
Assembling:
-On a serving plate,add iceberg,purple cabbage,fried veggie nuggets,cucumber,corn kernels,cherry tomatoes,cottage cheese & drizzle prepared salad dressing & serve!

Option # 2: Deep Frying
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho jay tak fry ker lein (2-3 minutes).
-Clean cutting board per kheera,cherry tomatoes,iceberg aur purple cabbage ko cut ker lein.
Assembling:
-Serving plate mein iceberg,purple cabbage,fried veggie nuggets,kheera,corn kernels,cherry tomatoes aur cottage cheese dal ker salad dressing ko drizzle ker lein & serve karein!
