LAY HO MA!! This is definitely one of my favourites and one of the recipes I go to almost every week. Join me in this episode and learn how to make a delicious Chinese fried rice recipe right at home. Let’s begin
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chickpeas
2 pieces garlic
1/2 red onion
1 stick green onion

1/2 cup broccolini (chopped)
2 large cremini mushrooms
2 tbsp chili oil (

Directions:
1. Use a fork to roughly crush the chickpeas
2. Roughly chop the garlic, dice the red onion, chop the green onion, dice some carrot, chop the broccolini, and slice the mushrooms
3. Heat up a non stick pan to medium heat. Add the chili oil

Yummy 🤤
I love your videos but I love them more when the music isn't louder. This one feels louder. Just subtle music in the background is nice. Otherwise it feels intrusive. Just a thought.
Hello From Sydney Australia, I came across this clip and I thought it looked and sounded good, so I tried my best to copy it and the Chili oil as well, I made in and ate a bowl immediately it was awesome and I will always use this as my go to rice dish, I also used 1/4 of pea's but also know I can use other things like celery capsicum etc etc Thank you for sharing. I love your commentary as well…. Can I ask what part of the world are you living in?
this is the easiest fried rice to make recipe i ve seen! " lay ho ma chef Wil.
4:20 don't lie to me did you burn your mouth at that moment ? 😂
😋🤗 your preparations are close to Indian pallet.
Besides the music and camera work, I like Will describing the steps with as few words as possible! He simply says "Medium heat" instead of "turn on the stove to medium heat" lol
I love your videos, no nonsense just get to the point and you make everything so simple. A great teacher, wish you had a book for all the wonderful things you make. Just curious, do you eat potatoes? And do you have any vegan potatoes recipes to share? Many thanks 😊
Brother can you upload recipes without onion and garlic?
Thank you very much! 🙏🌟
Chef I am an eggterian and I like that you add chickpeas in your traditional recipes as a twist as it adds plant protein to the food. Also it is delicious.
What I love most is your simple and delicious way of cooking. Just made the fried rice. An instant hit with my family. Blessings
Did you boil the chick peas? I dont think we can crush them dry??
Uncle Roger won't like this 😂

Hey! Could you try cooking with beyond meat? I’d love to see more recipes with meat alternative like beyond meat! Thanks
I’m so excited about this recipe. Super easy! Looks delicious 😋.
I've been vegetarian for almost 5 years now. Since I started, I've been experimenting non-stop to try and figure out how to make veggie fried rice. I can never quite get the taste just right. It always seemed to be missing just one little thing. Each and every time I felt it was something different. I can't explain how appreciative I am of this video! Every other "vegetarian" recipe includes eggs and/or fish/oyster sauce, but I don't eat those either. Now, I can finally cook the perfect fried rice every single time! Thank You!!
Has this for dinner tonight with added tofu and it was great!
Guys, I tried this and it really was amazing!
