Vegetarian Thenthuk – Tibetan Handmade Noodles

This is a vegetarian thenthuk recipe. This popular Tibetan thukpa dish is best made with fresh, handmade noodles! I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients:
dough:
300g flour
1 teaspoon salt
160ml water
vegetable oil
soup:
230g radish
100g mushrooms
2 tomatoes, 240g
1 medium onion
2 slices of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
35g vegetable oil

Paldenla, you make many wonderful / delicious food yet your kitchen look like it’s never been used… so plain, i understand some ppl like minimalist but to me your kitchen doesn’t look “Bha dro-pho”. (No offence🙏🏻) Please add some colours in your kitchen, flowers, Arts, some fresh vegetables on counter…

    Well I tried this recipe ; with mushroom for the first time; it was really 👍 super in taste and had a good sound 😴sleep too!
