The ugu to water leaves ratio to use for Edikang Ikong Soup is either 2 to 1 or 3 to 1.
– Ugu
– Water leaves
– ¼ cup red palm oil
– Beef
– Stock fish
– Ponmo (cow skin)
– 1 handful crayfish
– 2 big seasoning cubes
– 1 cup shelled periwinkles:
– 1 onion (optional)
– Habanero pepper (to your taste)
– Salt (to your taste)
