1/2 onion, diced
1 tbsp or 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cup carrots, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 cup cauliflower florets
1/4 cabbage (2 cups), chopped
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp sea/kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups vegetable broth or you can use chicken broth(i wanted to be vegan)
28 oz canned crushed tomatoes
1/4 tomato paste
1 cup green beans frozen
1 cup peas (frozen)
1 head broccoli florets
that is it.
you can add as many vegetables as you like just remember to add low carb vegetables.
