Ingredients of Vegetable Korma:
For the gravy/sauce- 8-10 Cashews, 1 tbsp garlic, ½ tbsp sliced ginger, ½ cup sliced onions.
1/3 cup grated coconut, ½ cup coriander leaf, 1-2 green chillies, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp fennel seeds, 1-inch piece cinnamon, 5-cloves, 2-green cardamom, 1-1½ cup water.
Vegetables: ½ cup sliced onions, 1 cup cubed potatoes, 1½ cup of cauliflower florets, 1½ green beans, ½ cup green peas, ½ cup green bell-peppers or capsicum, ½ cup chopped tomatoes.
Spices: ½ tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder.
Cooking oil- 4-5 tbsp
Salt to taste
3 cups water
1 tbsp lime juice
