Vegetable & Cheese Soup
Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Olive oil 1-2 tbs
-Fauji Fresh n Freeze 4 way mix vegetables 750g
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1
-Vegetable stock 2 Cups
-Water 1 & ½ liters or as required
-Makhan (Butter) 4 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 4 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Dried thyme 1 tsp
-Cream ½ Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 2 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Cheddar cheese grated 200g

Directions:
-In a pot,add butter,olive oil & let it melt.
-Add mix vegetables and mix well.
-Add garlic,onion & stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
-Add vegetable stock,water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for 1 minute.
-Gradually add milk & whisk well.
-Add garlic powder,onion powder,nutmeg powder,dried thyme and mix well,bring it to boil and cook until sauce is thick (2-3 minutes) and whisk continuously.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & whisk well.
-In a pot,add prepared cream sauce,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt & mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese,mix well & cook until cheese melts.
-Serve with bread croutons.

-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 2 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste

Directions:
-Pot mein makhan aur olive oil dal ker melt ker lein.
-Mix vegetables dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Lehsan aur pyaz dal dein aur 4-5 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein.
-Vegetable stock aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak ker aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt karein.
-Maida dal dein aur ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Lehsan powder,onion powder,jaifil powder aur dried thyme dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes) aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein.
-Chulha band ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Pot mein tayyar cream sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Kali mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein.
-Bread croutons ka saath serve karein!
