1-inch cinnamon

1 onion
350ml coconut milk
1 cup water
fresh chili to taste
fresh curry leaves
2tsp turmeric
2tsp cumin
2tsp chili
2tsp coriander
4tbsp oil
salt to taste
top with cilantro and dried fried onions

  1. Looks just lovely ! I'm what's called pre diabetic, love lentils and legumes. Rice is a cultural staple 🇯🇲, so I monitor my blood sugar 3x/ week and reduce my carbs as well. Home cooking has always been fun experimenting and being a nurse means I use my professional knowledge for my personal well-being…. yes sometimes I cheat 😆.
