How have you guys been? I have had such a crazy week! Maybe it was the clock change earlier this week that threw me off a little bit. Did anyone else notice this?
I am writing this description from Jason and Jessie’s couch because our apartment is currently under renovation! The kitchen is completely gone and hopefully in a couple weeks there will be a new one. I would have never pursued my passion into cooking this far if I hadn’t been on Youtube with all your support – you have been there from the beginning and I’m so grateful for you! I still remember my earliest cooking videos where I burned my favorite granola and put floss around my salmon haha. Totally unsafe but hey, I was learning. Throughout the years I have created so many recipes in all different styles and not every recipe was perfect but the more you practice the better you get.
Today I wanna share with you some delicious plant based recipes which are quick and easy to make! I enjoy eating vegan or vegetarian at least once a week so I wanted to share some of my favorite dishes.

Tahini dressing for soba noodles:
– ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
– 3 tbsp tahini
– 2tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
– 2 tsp sesame oil
– Half a lime
