Hi my friends! I have a fun recipe for homemade ravioli spinach that are delicious and fun to make. Such a great holiday recipe to prepare with friends, family and kids! I know you are going to love it.

RAVIOLI RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS
Dough
3 cups all purpose flour [360g]
1 tbsp olive oil [15g]
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup to 2/3 cup warm water [120-160ml]

Filling
1 1/2 cups frozen spinach [170g]
1/3 cup non-dairy milk (80ml)
3/4 block firm tofu [330g]
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
*or to taste
1/2 cup vegan mozzarella shreds [56g]

Garlic Butter Sage Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil [15ml]
2 tbsp vegan butter [28g]
2 cloves garlic, sliced
4-5 leaves fresh sage

  1. Making ravioli from scratch is soooo worth it when you have the time! I make a very similar version using half semolina and half “00” pizza flour for the pasta—the dough turns out really smooth yet holds together when rolled. Uncooked ravioli freeze well, too. Going to try the sage butter sauce for these next time!
