OMG that looks Devine! i wonder if you wouldn't mind trying it with pumpkin flour/powder or turnip flour to make it truly low carb bread for diabetics, many diabetics are restricted to 50 grams carbs per day, all breads are between 15 and 20 gams carbs per slice, so not really a good option fro low carb diets. that version should come out about 4 grams carbs per slice, and you can make in bulk and sell wholesale. ht me up when you have some ill be your first customer 646-820=4641, –darrel
