  1. Good basis! I looked this up after making my own recipe for it, to see what others have done with it.
    I like to substitute one bok choy for a leek. Sautee with fresh minced garlic and ginger, chili oil, and a touch of sesame oil. then a few stirs of fish sauce, and after cooking, finish off with some gochujang. Greatly enhances the garlicky taste of the leek, and the taste of the mushrooms.
