  2. I have to admit that I unsubscribed to you when you had to announce in a video that you got vaccinated. (How’s that been working out for you? Have you contracted the virus yet anyway, ha ha?) But this came up in my suggestion feed and I love Mexican food. I just wish people who make recipe videos can just stick to talking about the food.

  3. Absolutely salivating! All recipes equally looked delicious but I must say that rice and cauliflower were standouts! I'm running, not walking, to the bookstore for this book! Malin, this would be a wonderful series to venture into – cooking your way through various countries and their cuisines!
