Thank you for these inspiring recipes 😊 just one thing: please, don’t call that a ragù, it looks like something similar to a “sugo”, a sort of cream that italian people put in the pasta recipes. Ragù means a cream with lot of tomatoes with lentils or chickpeas for a vegan version (originally it is Made of meat), in a fried base of onion, celery and carrots. This all said by an italian woman that loves your channel and your ability in the kitchen.

    I LOVE “meal prep/what can I combine or use up?” meals. I think I’ll be using the salad tips this week – I have a load of baby romaine which I think can still work??
    The mushroom lentil ragu and mash dish looks so appetizing! Definitely trying that!
