Great ideas!
yes, Great video, please make more like this!
More budget meal prep plz 😊
Hi Rose, this would be great as a monthly series not only to track the prices, but to make dishes within you shrinking budget. TYFS, hun! 🧡😊🧡⭐
dry beans are often cheaper
I’m trying to adapt the vegan lifestyle. It can be expensive though. Thanks for the video!
So hard to keep a budget with these ever increcreasing prices
And that bag of onions was a much better deal
But .50 cents per mushroom is a bit high 🤨 lol
Great idea! Never thought about using hummus in pasta
I’m in NYS and can’t find anything under $5 it seems
It’s nice to see a budget conscious video:)
I'm struggling with only 600-800 a month for 2 people :c it sucks.
Were the burritos good from the freezer? That seems like a really good meal prep!
Wow..that your no-frills store?
For the WFPB folk, I have found a few great feta subs… This salad is our playground!
That tofu scramble looked EPIC !!
Hey there! 👋 Loving this budget-friendly vegan meal prep! 🌱💰 The grocery haul and meal prep ideas are pure gold. Can't wait to try these delicious recipes without hurting my wallet. Thanks for making plant-based eating so doable! 💚🍽 #VeganOnABudgetGenius
why don’t you eat delicious and nutritious meat?
Why I feel stressed wirth the background 🎶? Have difficulties to follow the words😄
Omg! I love this bountiful and budget friendly video offering ❤It is really right on time for me 😊I will begin a new job on Monday so I plan to follow this meal prep on Sunday 💟Thank you 🌹
++++++++++I've learned so many valuable cooking tips from your videos. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I was wondering if you could share a video of you cooking with KHAL +++++++++++++
Pasta looked really good. Would love more budget-friendly meals.
i usually get that plastic bottle of lemon juice or lime one its a lot cheaper. I seem to always forgot i bought lemons and so they just wilt there in the fruit bowl so it gets expensive.
I have never understood why people throw away the broccoli stems. You just have to peel them and then they are delicious and sweet, especially if you lightly steam them. Such a waste otherwise. The same with asparagus stems.(those have an inside that is delicious because it is the same as the "heart' of the 'choke
honestly this is my favorite video you’ve made in a long time!!! lots of help and rly exciting recipes
Thanks for sharing the same feeling the rest of us are feeling with grocery shopping. Definitely laughed a lot at your outrage during the grocery shopping. Totally feel the same way. It’s $7 for a bag of chips at the gas stations now!!!! What!??? And then at the regular grocery stores it’s $4 which is what gas station prices used to be. Getting so outrageous! Obviously chips aren’t a necessity but I love me some chips 😂
Remember to only use the yellow zest to avoid the bitter white. I saw you working the same spot for a while there. 🍋💛
Oh man! I want to make that rice!
1 Lemon=1$ 😮 Seriously ? We need to start cultivating more of our food. When we have many Lemons, we put the Lemon juice in ice cubes mold & keep them freeze to use them whenever prices go crazy. Totally agree for a video of Tofu making if we can vote ? Thank you very much for your cooking, with respect, Lemonia.
THERE IS A REASON WHY ALL VEGANS CRAVE MEAT FLAVORED VEGGIES! A vegan's body craves fatty ribeye steaks, fried bacon, butter, and other sources of high protein high fatty foods but the vegans mind forces the body to get its nutrients from plant material instead. Plants have lots of lentin and other pest repellant toxins and this causes all sorts of inflammation and illnesses to the human body plus plants lack essential nutrients and amino acids that the body needs like Creatine, Docosahexaenoic Acid, Heme Iron, Taurine, Carnosine, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin B12. That is why the majority of long term vegans suffer mental, skin, and skeleton illnesses. Look up the history of mankind. Humans have evolved and survived for 2,800,000 years and for more than 2.5 million years humans were "super carnivores" and "apex predators". Humans only started eating veggies 12,000 years ago and the fad of eating only veggies has only been around for the last measly 2500 years. 2,500,000 years of eating meat only against 2500 years of eating plants only. If a life long (25 years or more) vegan tells you they are healthy they are lying to you. Every single one I have studied (close to 50) have suffered some sort of medical issue from lack of nutrition. Mostly mental issues and OCD, but also weak bones and dermatitis ailments as well.*
