  1. For those of you who want your mayonnaise to last a long time here’s something I’ve learned and had great success with… If you add some probiotics to any homemade mayonnaise (vegan or with eggs) after making it, leave it set in room temperature for around 8-12 hours then refrigerate it., it will last a really long time in the fridge.
    Note, DO NOT add probiotics to the blender since it could kill it but transfer to a bowl and stir in gently after mayonnaise is made.

  2. sory,but i.m making normal mayo without the blender just with ajust with an electric thing to crush vegetables for soups and so (sory english is far from beeing my mother language),i try with the processor,it makes a mess and it doesen´t hardens anyway..what do you think i made wrong?i,m a cooker since i,m a kid..not profressional.but always like it,and done it at home for everybody.i prefer vegan way..can i have a tip?i hate eggs anyway,this would be perfect if worked,,,thanks
