  1. TW: If you struggle with eating disorders or disordered eating in general, I don’t think this is the vid for you! β™₯️ Check out Rose’s other videos! There’s plenty to pick from and her voice is so soothing in all of them 😊

  2. "oil can ramp up your calories without you benefiting from it" that's not true. Vitamins, minerals, and macros aren't the only nutrients. Olive oil is incredibly nutritious, diet culture is lying to people and telling them those are empty calories but they absolutely aren't. Every single blue zone has lots of healthy oils in it and olive oil is vegan and affordable in most places (so sorry if it isn't where you are :*( )

    Plus, I gotta say I won't get enough fat in a day to be healthy without olive oil because I only have one portion of seeds/nuts a day and I don't often have avocados… fat is as necessary as protein and carbs! But honestly it's not really about the fat it's about all those other health benefits

  3. I love the videos and thank you for sharing. I am thinking of going vegan and I like that ur videos are for those who are on a budget. I have been watching other videos of urs and I love that you are Korean (I am half Korean) and ur different hair colors (which I wore alot of different hair colors as well). I haven't tried green. But, it looks really good on u. I think blue would too. U might have rocked a blue haircolor. I just started watching ur videos. So, I might see it in older videos. And I love tofu too πŸ’– Have a great weekend πŸ˜€
