Ingredients for 10 lentil patties :
-600 gr cooked lentils
-1 carrot
-1 onion
-3 garlic cloves
-120 gr bread crumbs
-2 tbsp of tomato sauce
-olive oil
-salt
-pepper
-parsley

  1. I tried to fry them in the pan and they all fall apart, just couldn't flip them. I wanted to throw away the rest but I thought to try in the oven. It was good in the oven but the mixture is anyway dry. This is too much bread crumbs. To my opinion it is better to add oat flour, scoop by scoop until you reach consistency that can hold together when forming patties but not to be too dry. Since you already fry onion, carrots and lentils in the pan it already becomes dry.

  2. You can use lupin flour instead of white to make it an awesome glucose stabilizing meal. Any trouble digesting lentils or lupin beans, add Indian herbs to it (fenugreek, fennel, turmeric, black pepper, etc.) and take a digestive enzyme like bromelain (derived from pineapple) or a mix from a Pharmacy including and amylase, etc. definitely trying this with lupin spicy crumb though. Thanks for sharing
