  1. In my house 7 cloves of garlic IS a normal amount lol. (Part Portuguese.) I’m glad I found your channel because I have everything you use in my pantry already. I typically get smoked tofu (because it’s super-firm without draining) and I think either that or tempeh (minus the starch) would be delicious in the same sauce. Even if the tempeh was less crispy.
