I am not a fan of gochujang personally. I love miso cuz I can make vegan cheese with it. But I wish I could enjoy it
Spice is rajas. Inspires agility and alertness.Promotes breath awareness. Although I have difficulty distinguishing between the different types of spices, I am very tamasic.

Salting the water is a way to flavor your pasta during the cooking process. It also helps flavor your sauce if you add in some of the pasta water at the end. Salt also speeds up the process of bringing water to its boiling point. Yes, I am Italian 😊🍝

hi! i'm italian and i love gochujang!! i don't usually use it as a sauce for pasta, but rather for marinade mock-meats and for dressing for raw veggies, i promise next time i'll try it with some pasta too!
a tip for the bechamel: when you add the nd milk into the roux, make sure it's warm/hot milk, it helps with the clumps 🥰🥰

Rose, I love gochugang, but I don't find it spicy at all….wish I could read Korean… living in South Africa I have to accept the one brand of gochugang on offer! Do you think I could add the cashew cream you have made in your previous videos? I have a stash in the freezer. My favorite things are spice and noodles/pasta. This could be my pathway to a vegetable deficient heaven.

I'm glad you called it pasta and not noodles. There are no noodles in Italian cuisine. Spaghetti is pasta not noodles.
