1 CUP OATS
1/2 CUP GREEN BANANA FLOUR
1 ALMOND MILK UNSWEETENED
2 TSP COCONUT OIL (OPTIONAL)
4 OZ UNSWEETENED APPLE SAUCE
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
1/2 TSP OF SALT
APPLE CINNAMON VARIATION:
ADD 1 CUP SLICED APPLES
1 TSP CINNAMON
WALNUTS, PUMPKIN SEEDS, MORE CINNAMON
ADD 1 CUP BLUEBERRIES
AND BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE *
BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE :
1 cup frozen wild blueberries, 3.5oz packet of dragon fruit,
3.5oz packet of acerola, 1/2 cup mango, 1/2 cup pineapple,
2 bananas, 1 cup almond milk
ADD PUMPKIN PUREE 10 OZ
1 COOKED SWEET POTATO
1 TPS PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
*SWEET POTATO SMOOTHIE
*FOR SWEET POTATO SMOOTHIE RECIPE
ADD RAW CACAO POWDER – 2 TBS
ADD 1 EXTRA BANANA
OPTIONAL PEANUT BUTTER – 2 TBS
TOP WITH RAW CACAO NIBS
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN THE NUTRIBULLET OR BLENDER.
GREASE PAN WITH COCONUT OIL
POUR IN BATTER INTO SMALL OR LARGE CIRCLE
WAIT FOR BUBBLES ON ENDS AND THEN FLIP AND REPEAT.
ADD TOPPINGS AND MAPLE SYRUP.
STORE IN FRIDGE FOR UP TO A WEEK OR FREEZE.
