APPLE CINNAMON VARIATION:
ADD 1 CUP SLICED APPLES
1 TSP CINNAMON
TOPPINGS:
WALNUTS, PUMPKIN SEEDS, MORE CINNAMON
BLUEBERRY VARIATION:
ADD 1 CUP BLUEBERRIES
AND BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE *

1 cup frozen wild blueberries, 3.5oz packet of dragon fruit,
3.5oz packet of acerola, 1/2 cup mango, 1/2 cup pineapple,

PUMPKIN VARIATION:
ADD PUMPKIN PUREE 10 OZ
OR
1 COOKED SWEET POTATO
1 TPS PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
TOPPINGS:
*SWEET POTATO SMOOTHIE
WALNUTS
RAW COCONUT
RAISINS

CHOCOLATE VARIATION:
ADD RAW CACAO POWDER – 2 TBS
ADD 1 EXTRA BANANA
OPTIONAL PEANUT BUTTER – 2 TBS
TOP WITH RAW CACAO NIBS
DIRECTIONS:
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN THE NUTRIBULLET OR BLENDER.
GREASE PAN WITH COCONUT OIL
POUR IN BATTER INTO SMALL OR LARGE CIRCLE
WAIT FOR BUBBLES ON ENDS AND THEN FLIP AND REPEAT.
