  1. Making this as I type. I threw all my ingredients in a crockpot, however, because I am not using canned beans. Also I used Italian seasoning because I did not have just thyme and rosemary. Lastly, I will mash or blend a portion of the soup in the morning (if I need to) then add it back in. I figure low and slow for about 6-8 hours will give me the bowlful of joy I’m looking for. Thanks for the recipe.

This recipe looks so easy and delicious I don’t have any white potatoes but I have a couple of red potatoes here that I could use I hope it comes out just as good I look forward to looking over the rest of your recipes while I’m home during this pandemic and recovering from chemo treatment I praise God for We’re being free of cancer times three and be an old enough to Be home to recover enjoy the time I have left in this planet 🙏🏽👍🏽
