  1. Wow I became vegan about 5 months ago and just gave Alfredo a try for the first time and I followed your recipe. So far this is one of the most accurate dishes to the original concept. I loved it so much and my mom who isn’t vegan tried it and said you could give it to anyone and they wouldn’t be able to tell that it’s vegan. So cool 🙂

  3. I made this last night and it was soooooo good!! Tastes like the traditional Alfredo, except better! Followed the recipe exact with the exception of the lime because I ran out. I also used oat milk because it was what I had on hand. Thanks for sharing! And btw you are so gorgeous!
