  1. I just bought your e-cook book and I just got all the groceries for the Mac and Peas recipe and SOOO excited to try it out. Trying to get my nutrition on track for a DIY half ironman this summer. I have trouble hitting enough fats in my meals which causes me to overeat later in the day so super pumped for the balanced recipes in this book.

  2. My goal is to become totally raw. I enjoy both team Derek and team Crystal. I am on the "rebuild" from a hospital visit 2 years ago. I had lost 147lbs but the muscle atrophy was tremendous. I was bedridden for over a year not being able to even stand up. After many hours of self exercise I now walk and have a job. I'm at the point now where I can finally afford the nutrition needed and a gym membership. Your channel amazes me and I am so relieved that I will be able to stay plant based and utilize strenght training. Keep up the good work, I'll be watching!

Hey guys, brill video again, Crystal has phenomenal body strength, I'm in awe of her work out, I defo prefer the leftovers meal to a smoothie but lunch and dinner looks bomb, just a tip even using kala namak, try putting it on the tofu once it's cooked as it loses its strength as it cooks, same as sesame oil does. Kitten's are soooo cute, so glad you got them, much love from Dublin xx

  4. Make other recipes please for a change. It's alway's and alway's the same thing. Dont you guy's have a treat day? Dont you guy's can spend a day without kale? Dont you guy's eat something else than tofu, tempeh, beans and protein powder in life? I gest not.It's annoying.

  5. Hi Derek and Crystal, I love watching your channel, you are both always so positive and always having fun, its very refreshing. I would love to see Crystals fitness routine in the gym and explain how she breaks up her workout each day during the week to exercise upper and lower body and how long did it take before she got the visible definition on her arms/back? Have a beautiful weekend 🙂
