Today’s video is a bread scone recipe! I am very excited with this recipe because it has everything I like… easy to make, healthy and super delicious. I consider myself such a fan of scones, that’s why I was trying to look for a vegan and healthy option to eat these lovely recipe feeling OK with myself. That means made with vegan products and no sugar. I then discover the soda scones and from there I came up with this vegan alternative. I have added chocolate in a couple of them, but feel free to add any other ingredients. They are also great with berries. If you like them sweeter, you can just serve them with your favourite jam. Enjoy them! 💛

Scones Ingredients:
– 2 & 1/3 cups of self-rising flour
-200 ml of soda or sparkling water
-200 ml of vegan cream
-chocolate (optional)
