Ingredients: 2 tsp wood pressed coconut oil, 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds), 1 onion, 1 green chilli, 1/4 inch ginger, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1/3 tsp black pepper powder, 1 cup palak (spinach), 1 boiled potato (medium sized), pink salt as needed, 1/2 capsicum finely chopped, 1 tsp amchur (dry mango powder). 1 tsp A2 desi ghee or as needed.
Note: The filling makes two sandwiches.
TIP: For those having doubts of consuming potatoes in your weight loss diet; boiled and cooled potatoes are a good source of resistant starch!
