Ginger: 1 teaspoon, Garlic: 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Onion: 1 medium
Black pepper powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce: 1 teaspoon
Vinegar: 1/2 tablespoon
Red chili powder: 2 teaspoon

Veg Soup:-
Water: 2 lt
Salt: 1 & 1/2 tablespoon
Ginger: 1/2 tablespoon, Garlic: 1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tablespoon
Cabbage: 1/2 cup
Capcicum & Carrot: 4 tablespoon
Onion: 2 tablespoon
Soya sauce: 1 teaspoon
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Cornflour: 1 tablespoon, mix with water

Veg Momos:-
Maida: 500 gm
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Water: as required

Stuffing:-
Cabbage: 500 gm
Onion: 4 medium
Salt: 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Ginger: 1 tablespoon, Garlic: 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce: 1 teaspoon
