  1. cauliflower rice scrambled eggs with either bacon or salmon for lunch. Meat, broccoli and bok choi/choi sum for dinner. 30kgs in 6 months. I cut out all sugar, flour, corn, wheat etc. I do still enjoy single malt whisky, or rum and coke zero, and i have the very occasional beer when out with friends.

  2. My doctor wants me to take statins for lowering my cholesterol, and I told him that I wanted to do a keto diet, and he said NO , keto diet it’s to fatty, and I said okay I will take the statins. But I bought the statins and I did lots of research 🧐, and after that I throw them in the garbage bin. And I’m on a keto diet right now, today is my 13th day and I already lost three kilos. I feel wonderful.

  3. Your videos are very helpful and seem quite informed. I have one question, though. I'm concerned about the cancer risk from nitrites either in processed meats like bacon/ham/salami or produced in the body from eating them. Do you have a perspective on this risk factor?

  6. Thank you for your video, very informative. But if I may add, dr Ken Berry is a huge advocate of liver which he calls the one true superfood out there. Yes, it contains some carbs but the nutritional benefits of eating liver HUGELY outweighs the carb count. So no, please DON'T stay away from liver. Hope this helps
