It's nice to see your vidio, madam, m diabetic and weight has reduced, would like to gain weight by 6-7 kg, my normal calorie per day required 2500, can you suggest some diet plan that will cater the calorie as well as help me in reducing/ maintaining blood sugar level. Hello ma'am my fasting 180 and pp 200 above with medicine and pls help me and I am more hungry every time and how to control food and morning 2 km running 2.5 km fast walking and 25 minutes exercise and 60 minutes yoga and evening 2 km running 2 fast walking and 20-25 minutes exercise and after dinner 20 minutes walking slowly
