  1. Best tip is cutting the jerky against the grain, been doing that for years and makes a huuuge difference.

  2. If you fold the top 3 or 4 inches of your bag inside out, you don't need to hold it open. The closure seam acts like a rim and keeps it open. If you fold it half way down, the closure rim sits on the tabletop and your bag is now like a bowl, open and stationary. I'm a lazy guy, can you tell?
