Turkish Shepherd Salad:
Ingredients:
Tomatoes 4
Cucumber 1
Capsicums 1
Onion 1
Cottage cheese ½ cup
Dressing ingredients:
Chopped mint ½ bunch
Green coriander ½ bunch
Sumuk 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Walnut ½ cup
Method:
All vegetables cut in small cubes. now mix walnuts. finally add all dressing ingredients and then cottage cheese mix and then serve.

Turkish Kabab Pulao:
Kabab ingredients:
Beef mince 500 grams
Egg 1
Bread slices as required
Onion 1
Salt as required
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Sumuk 1 tsp
All spices powder ½ tsp
Green chili 3-4
Oil for frying
Pulao ingredients:
Basmati rice 400 grams
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Mix all spices 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Chicken stock 2 cup
Food color 2 pinch
Yogurt ½ cup
Saffron 2 pinch
Oil ½ cup
Chopped onion 1
Green coriander for garnishing
All kabab ingredients mix .then make flat kabab .for pulao heat oil .then onion fry .after this add whole spices add and fry .now add ginger garlic paste and salt add then add yogurt and roast well and then add chicken stock .then mix soaked rice and saffron mix .when it’s come on dum then add food color and again do the dum .now remove and place on top kabab and garnish.

Turkish Rice Pudding (Farinda Sutluk ):
Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Cream 1 packet
Rice flour 3 tbsp
Cottage cheese 1/2 cup
Pistachios 2 tbsp
Rose water 1 tbsp
Red color 2 drops
Condensed milk ¾ cup
Method:
Heat milk and in water dissolve rice flour and cook till than thick. Then cottage cheese, condensed milk, rose milk, cream and red color few drop it come light pink color then mix well. finally add pudding then remove on small cups and garnish with pistachios.
