Ezogelin Soup or Ezo Gelin Soup (Turkish: Ezogelin çorbası, “the soup of Ezo the bride”) is a very well-known and widely popular soup in Turkish cuisine. The origin of the soup is attributed to Ezo the bride from Gaziantep. Aunty Saniye is making this lentil-based soup today and it is very delicious. Enjoy!   2. This is absolutely delicious soup, let me explain my little story. Seems we are in quarantine my favorite restaurant closed and I always go to this Turkish restaurant where they make the best soup. Now I need to make it my self and thanks to this video and Auntie recipe I am be able to make it for me and my family, so every time I make it they said it’s amazing how the flavor gets better.
