I attempted to make a keto-friendly chicken cilantro chili but it turned out to be a soup LOL this is a really hearty, creamy, comfort food for me and I really enjoyed it. Full of high quality animal fat and protein. Ditch the Campbell’s Soup and make your own! Low carb, good for you and HEALTHY! If you are really trying to cut out processed foods…skip the bouillon cube and cream cheese…but this needed the flavor, so I kept both in.
