This keto cake has three layers, the keto vanilla sponge cake, the tres leches and it is topped with a generous layer of Chantilly cream stabilized with mascarpone.   1. I made this recipe but slightly modified. Used half and half almond flour and lupin flour for the same total amount of flour. It's hard to get it to rise but other than that it tastes amazing. You're not gonna get the original tres leches taste because that's super sugary but you have to appreciate it as its own dish.

  2. Ohhhh goodness my family especially my husband and our grandchildren loves this cake. We used to pay a lady to make one for each one of our kids and 4 grandchildren at $50.00 a cake. I've been type 1 diabetic for 30 years so its hard on me to not just dive into it so I THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR SHOWING ME I CAN MAKE IT AND EAT IT FOR MY FAMILY. I'm not strictly keto but I do alot of keto dessert for my husband and I because my diabetes is so bad im on disability for it so whatever you make i can feel good eating and God bless you and your creative cooking abilities for helping ones like me. I hope I can continue to watch you for a long time to come.
