1. mashed frozen unripe bananas
2. greek yogurt: like regular yogurt but slimier
3. strawberries (the dirtiest fruit there is, impossible to clean all the pesticides off) covered in dark chocolate
4. apples covered in spices but no honey or sugar, so bound to be sour
5. pudding made with seeds
How are any of these "dessert"? Only the dark chocolate — WITHOUT strawberries — has any appeal at all!

Diabetics do not usually eat bananas, eat very few apples, strawberries and blueberries, have a terrible time finding yogurt without added sugar, cannot have maple sugar. The editors of this site must not have heard of carbohydrates, which turn into SUGAR! This site is crap.
Thank you very for your info, now at least I can eat desserts without feeling guilty..
What about vanilla, are their benefits to using vanilla as a condiment for cooking diabetic foods? Thanks enjoying this series.
