  1. why she ommits to say that pasture raised everything is at least double the price in any grocery? oh yes i get it !. because it's so obvious that actually does not need to mention it. i just feel sorry for the unaware people who didn't shop for food in the last 6 months or so to see the prices of the pasture raised, grass feed and so on. what's healthy is triple price…. biiiiiig news LOL. AND CONVERSELY…. SUGAR which is a kind of poison for your body is suuuper cheap.. figures….

  2. I did Keto before summer and it worked really well! During summer I took a break and I noticed that all the things I used to be able to eat made me feel sick. I really couldn't eat anything too "carb-y". I am back on Keto now and I feel great again. Also losing weight along the way. But aside from that, I am just so happy that I feel this much better.
