why she ommits to say that pasture raised everything is at least double the price in any grocery? oh yes i get it !. because it's so obvious that actually does not need to mention it. i just feel sorry for the unaware people who didn't shop for food in the last 6 months or so to see the prices of the pasture raised, grass feed and so on. what's healthy is triple price…. biiiiiig news LOL. AND CONVERSELY…. SUGAR which is a kind of poison for your body is suuuper cheap.. figures….

I did Keto before summer and it worked really well! During summer I took a break and I noticed that all the things I used to be able to eat made me feel sick. I really couldn't eat anything too "carb-y". I am back on Keto now and I feel great again. Also losing weight along the way. But aside from that, I am just so happy that I feel this much better.

Is the following allowed… porridge oats, whole peanut butter no cheap oils just peanuts, pea protein powder, hemp protein?
How did the olive oil comment pass the editors. Olive oil is not a good oil for high heat frying. Food will burn fast.
