Garlic : 3 cloves
Extra Virgin Olive Oil : 1 to 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp
Curry Leaves : 2 sprigs
Water : 1/4 cup
Pink Himalayan Salt : 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice : 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp (chopped)
