My favorite tofu dish is definitely Taho with lots of sago and arnibal.
We basically make tofu and gluten ( cwn be bought in any vegetarian stores) as substitute in any stew like dishes… example : afritada, calderata, kare kare, even in monggo , any type of beans dishes, tofu sisig and even adobo.

for crunchier texture you need to freeze it first then after you defrost it. all the liquid will be easily squeeze out and ready for frying.

When I feel lazy (which happen quite often 😅), I just slice tofu thinly and fry them lightly and then dip in soya-vinegar sauce. It tastes sooo good as well.

I really like tofu. I think it started because of me eating a lot of taho when I was younger, so the taste of tofu gives me a sense of nostalgia. Though, I never stopped eating them😆
