This is just a simple recipe for making chicken broth that can be added to dishes like rice, lentils, mashed potatoes and soups for more flavor. And can also be drank warm with a pinch of salt.

I use one 5 pound chicken
6 carrots
1 head of celery
1 large onion
2 Tbs of Raw Apple Cider vinegar
1 Tbs pink sea salt
1 gallon distilled water
