Today I’m going to show you how to make healthy mayonnaise substitute.

This greek yogurt mayonnaise makes a light and delicious mayo substitute you can use in many different mayo based recipes.

It’s smooth and creamy like any other mayo!

(makes 1 container)
1.5 cups Greek yogurt (375g)
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili paste

NUTRITIONAL INFO (per container):
459 calories, fat 23.5g, carb 23.3g, protein 39.5g

In a bowl add and whisk all these ingredients well.

Use this mayo substitute in 1-to-1 ratio, just like any other mayonnaise.

Great for making potato salad, deviled eggs, tuna sandwiches and much more.






  1. Funny story…

    While visiting family in The South (Georgia USA), I made a homemade chili. Everyone said they didn’t eat yogurt. I had a thick, creamy Greek yogurt on hand, put it in a bowl and passed it around with some cheddar and they all assumed it was sour cream! They gobbled it all up!

  2. Made this and really enjoyed the initial flavor, but the greek yogurt taste lingered quite a bit. Me and my siblings toyed with trying to tame it and ended up adding 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream which nearly erased the greek yogurt aftertaste.
    Things I should note:
    1. I did not use chili paste since my step-father has zero heat tolerance; this could effect how prominent the greek yogurt taste is.
    2. Adding the heavy whipping cream does introduce milk for anyone lactose sensitive or intolerant. It also adds 100 calories, 10g of fat, and 2g of carbs.
