This is the best keto sausage balls recipe! With only 3 ingredients, this diabetic appetizer will wow the entire crowd. These keto sausage balls are made with only 3 ingredients – almond flour, cheese, and sausage. My low carb sausage balls are very easy and contain no eggs.

Keto Sausage Balls:
1 lb Italian sausage
1 1 /2 cup almond flour
2 cups shredded cheese
½ cup water.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. (line baking sheet with parchment paper)
Cook Italian sausage (into crumbles)
Drain.
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cheese, and water.
Stir in sausage.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop mixture to baking sheet
Cook for 15 minutes.
Serve!

  1. I've never pre-cooked the sausage before cooking the sausage balls. I always just mix the raw meat with the cheese, almond flour, and seasonings; then I bake them. I also always use breakfast sausage from a roll or from Butcher Box. I never thought to just use the mild Italian version. Thanks for the ideas!
