You can make your own diet. And you can put anything you want. I like his ideas, and I will try to make one with what he is suggesting
can you suggest a salad dressing to go with salads please. I do use EVOO and a splash of lemon, but wondering if there are others I can use.

Yeah. Salad! Iceberg lettuce, ham, boiled egg, croutons, bacon bits, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, cheese…and ranch. Oh, none of that? Never mind. What I see on your salad looks bitter and oily with fruit? I'll pass thank you.

I live on Dinner salads & veggie soups. Adding seeds & beans & occasional fruits & nuts help to balance my sugars. Just say no to croutons😂
