  1. Yeah, Mr. NARD DOG sir, you have changed my life in a good way. After watching several of your videos, I have requested DUTCH OVEN for Christmas. I'm looking forward to making soups. And I am not even a fan of soup.
I just subscribed today and am most definitely telling everybody bout your channel. I appreciate you. 😁

  2. I am a meat eater but am always open minded to eat vegan or vegetarian food. Your channel is really good and I am excited to start cooking up some of these recipes. You have a few ingredients that I’m unfamiliar with and need to have a deeper look in the stores but once I do I’m sure it’ll be awesome.

  3. It seems strange, yet I find it tricky to find vegan noodles like those used. Also, next: is how to keep the soy curls from being spongy. I've tried numerous things. I think one thing I did was to not soak them and let them soak up broth. Another was soak, and then air fry. I like them, yet the texture doesn't always contribute to complete enjoyment.

  4. If someone is trying to control the amount of sodium in their diet, making stock is the easiest, tastiest, and probably the most economic way of doing it. Thanks for the video. Thought you were going to make a "no-beef" stew, but chicken noodle is yummy too. Be well

  5. Andrew, you are single handedly, changing my view on plant based eating. I’ve tried several of your recipes and every single one is amazing! I’m addicted to the Butler Soy Curls now. Thank you for all you do! I’ve gone a month without buying meat now and don’t miss it at all.

  6. Saving for retirement and cooking… Both places in life where Thyme makes all the difference! Love the idea of the chickpea substitute! For some reason I just haven't been able to get into a soy curl. This wold also be a great place to use up that truck load of collards I bought and those last two russets sitting in the bin :(. Ugh. Keep up the great work! PEEAAAAAAAACE!
